Take a deeper dive into the benefits of companions and how to effectively engage with them to support patient outcomes. Topics covered during this 1-day course include: effectively setting and managing expectations around the role of the companion during the appointment, involving the companion throughout the appointment, and navigating consultations when faced with challenging companions. Prerequisite: Attendees must have attended a Patients for Life training event prior to registering.

PFL+, Patient Care Team

This course will fulfill your annual HearingLoss.com certification requirements
Join us to gain increased confidence and apply techniques to effectively develop rapport, understand patient needs, and build value. These call handling techniques will be applied to various call scenarios such as: price shoppers, in-or-out-of-network insurance, questions on OTC, and increasing companions to support your practice and the patients you serve. Prerequisite: Attendees must have attended a Patients for Life training event prior to registering.
