John explains, “Our solutions delivery engineering team is charged with building, maintaining, and improving web platforms and back-end software services. They are continuously collecting, transforming, and updating data to inform our internal teams and our membership on how their businesses and staff are performing, and advising them on how to excel in and grow the quality of patient outcomes.”
A Day in the Life
John’s typical day is a blend of strategic planning, team management, and direct engagement with Audigy’s members. While his primary focus is on leading his teams, he occasionally steps into direct interactions with members. “I love getting on calls with them or presenting for them as it gives me a chance to understand the daily challenges and joys that they face,” John remarks.
His mornings often start with a review of ongoing projects and team meetings, setting the stage for a productive day. Whether it’s troubleshooting a critical IT issue or strategizing the next big technological advancement, John’s role demands a high level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.

John’s love for animals is another interesting facet of his life, as he often hand-feeds the small wild animals that visit his backyard.
Community Involvement
John is actively involved in his wife’s art studio in Happy Valley, Oregon, helping with event logistics and supporting the business in various ways. “We both see this business as a way to help people get in touch with their creative side, and specifically for children to learn about art through lessons and summer camps,” he explains.
