His Role at Audigy

Taylor’s journey at Audigy began as an Operations Manager, a role he held across two different SBUs for five years. He later transitioned into a Regional Manager position on the Commercial team, where he spent three years helping shepherd new Medical members into the Audigy fold. Now, as an SBU Regional Director, he plays a critical role in supporting Audigy’s teams and members, ensuring that strategies are executed seamlessly and that every member receives the highest level of service.
At the heart of Taylor’s role is collaboration. He works closely with SBU teams to develop tailored strategies that align with each member’s unique goals. Whether he’s brainstorming new approaches, driving company initiatives, or helping streamline operations, Taylor is dedicated to making things run more smoothly for Audigy and its members.
A Day in the Life

Taylor’s mornings might start with team check-ins, where he helps identify opportunities to enhance member support. From there he shifts to collaborating with various departments, working on projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. His time is spent obsessing over members’ goals as though they are his own — ensuring that their strategies are well planned and executed to perfection.
While his job description may focus on operational support, in practice Taylor is a problem-solver, a strategist, and a motivator. His ability to see the bigger picture and connect the dots between teams and goals makes him an indispensable resource. As he puts it, “Our members’ goals become our goals, and staying focused on what matters most to them helps us create strategies that are truly tailored to their needs.”

Taylor’s impact at Audigy extends far beyond his immediate team. His leadership ensures that members receive a premier, world-class experience, and he takes immense pride in being a trusted partner in their success. “I always want every member to feel like they’re my top priority,” he shares. “Taking the time to really understand their ‘why’ and their vision for their business is what allows us to create meaningful, lasting success.”
Over the years, Taylor has built deep, meaningful relationships with members. His dedication goes beyond day-to-day operations — he truly invests in their long-term success. Audigy’s culture of growth and achievement has played a significant role in Taylor’s career progression. “I’ve accomplished so much at Audigy — personally, professionally, and financially — more than I ever imagined,” he reflects. “It’s not that I wouldn’t have reached many of my goals elsewhere, but the intentional focus and conversations here really keep my goals front and center.”
Some of Taylor’s personal, professional, and financial milestones include purchasing his first home early in his Audigy career, and later adding two more properties to his portfolio. He has also participated in the Hood to Coast relay with the Audigy team five times and has traveled extensively to places like Peru, Mexico, and New York City. He attributes these accomplishments to the power of goal setting and strategic planning — something he passionately instills in the members he supports.
Life Outside of Work

When he’s not strategizing for success at Audigy, Taylor enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and staying active. He loves going for long walks with his dog and exploring new places. Despite his outgoing nature, many would be surprised to learn that he considers himself an “extroverted introvert.” While he enjoys being around people, he also values his alone time to recharge.

In the past, Taylor has been involved in mentoring activities at Oregon State University, where he has helped guide and support business students. “It’s been really rewarding to give back to the next generation of business leaders,” he shares. His passion for leadership extends beyond his work at Audigy, as he enjoys helping others find success in their own careers.
