Sarah’s position as Operations Manager is all about driving success for Audigy’s members. She’s not only a strategic thinker but also a hands-on problem solver. Sarah spends her days meeting with members (virtually and in person), researching key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with her immediate SBU team and Audigy staff. Her goal is to deliver strategic recommendations that align with her members’ values and aspirations.

Her work goes beyond traditional operations management. By focusing on incremental implementation, she ensures that the changes she recommends are practical, manageable, and set up for long-term success. Her role also involves staying on top of industry trends and best practices, equipping her with the knowledge to offer innovative solutions tailored to each member’s unique needs.

A Day in the Life

Sarah’s journey at Audigy began as an Operations Manager for Practice Developer-C (PDC), a role focused on supporting practices across the U.S. and Canada. Her transition to supporting Enterprise members allowed her to take on the unique challenges of multilocation and operationally complex businesses. This career progression is a testament to Audigy’s commitment to employee development.

Sarah credits Audigy’s supportive culture for her growth. “Audigy has given me the opportunity to translate my experience as a practice administrator into a consultant role that impacts dozens of practices across North America. Life Outside of Work

When Sarah isn’t helping members succeed, she’s enjoying life on her family’s hobby farm. Tending to the garden, chickens, and goats brings her a sense of peace and fulfillment. Riffing on the theme of finding peace, she also loves hiking, yoga, and tai chi.

Sarah’s passion for community building extends to her volunteer work. She’s dedicated to supporting education, sustainability, and lifelong wellness through various initiatives, including school programs and community-sustainability organizations.
