Brittany’s position as Corporate Services Lead requires her to wear many hats. From a member-facing role overseeing the battery department, facilities maintenance, IT ordering, strategic sourcing, and purchasing, she ensures that the behind-the-scenes operations at Audigy run smoothly. Her role extends into employee engagement, as she actively supports the Green Team and the Community Outreach Committee.
Brittany collaborates with multiple departments, ensuring that teams have the tools and resources they need to operate efficiently. Whether she’s maintaining Marketplace support for hearing aid batteries or coordinating facility needs, her contributions have a direct impact on the day-to-day experiences of Audigy’s employees and members.
A Day in the Life

No two days look the same for Brittany. Her mornings begin with opening the office, responding to emails, processing orders, and handling casework and expense coding. From there, she moves on to building maintenance and office support, making sure that every detail is in place for a productive work environment.
While her role might appear administrative on paper, in practice it is deeply interconnected with Audigy’s larger mission. She ensures that the hearing aid battery program runs seamlessly, which is an often overlooked yet essential part of hearing health care. Without properly stocked batteries, members could face delays in care for their patients, something Brittany works diligently to prevent.
Her colleagues recognize her ability to balance multiple responsibilities with grace and enthusiasm. As one coworker shared, “Brittany keeps everyone in our organization in high spirits and continues to ensure we have everything we need to be successful while staying positive even when things are tough.”
Supporting Audigy

Brittany supports various teams, from Marketing to the Strategic Business Unit, ensuring that Audigy’s infrastructure remains strong. By overseeing building maintenance and procurement, she creates an environment where those who directly serve members can do so without logistical interruptions. Her contributions, while sometimes completed in the background, are invaluable in maintaining Audigy’s high standards of service.

Brittany’s journey at Audigy began as a Corporate Services Coordinator, a role that allowed her to learn the ins and outs of the company. About 18 months later, she was promoted to department lead, a testament to her hard work, adaptability, and leadership skills.
She credits Audigy’s culture of growth and development for her progression. The organization’s Personal, Professional, and Financial goals (PPF) platform has been particularly influential, allowing her to reflect on her aspirations and work toward meaningful goals. “Audigy fosters an atmosphere of growth that I have not experienced with past employers. It feels as though rising tides float all boats,” she shares.
Life Outside of Work

Outside of Audigy, Brittany’s life revolves around her family. As a mother of two, she and her partner spend their time playing games, teaching cooking classes, and instilling life skills in their children.
Brittany also has a deep fascination with anatomy and physiology, enjoying the study of how the human body works. Her passion for learning extends into her work, where she is constantly evolving and refining her skills to better serve those around her.
A Commitment to Community

Brittany’s dedication to service doesn’t stop at Audigy. She is an active member of the Community Outreach Committee, where she contributes to partnerships with the Alzheimer’s Association, Creations for Cures, and the Evergreen Public Schools mentorship program. Beyond her professional commitments, she is passionate about social justice and believes in using her platform to foster positive change.
A True Partner

Before joining Audigy, Brittany’s career path took several turns. Initially aspiring to be a doula, she discovered that while it wasn’t her calling, it did ignite her interest in medicine. Over the years, she worked in various fields including retail, medical caregiving, concierge services, accounting, sales, and event planning.
Each role contributed to her skill set, shaping her into the versatile and resourceful leader she is today. “I find I am the most happy when I can make small, daily impacts on those around me. I can care for others in a different capacity here,” she says.
Her colleagues appreciate her adaptability and problem-solving skills, with one sharing, “Brittany has stepped into her new role with grace. I didn’t realize all the things she has to take care of, but hearing how she’s run with the challenges with the battery program, some of the issues with the building and facilities, all with a smile on her face — she is a true partner and helps make things happen, even when there’s very little notice.”
