Her Role at Audigy

A rocket icon

Making Audigy’s visual materials look their best for six years now, Jordan’s career trajectory at Audigy is nothing short of inspiring. She joined Audigy as an associate graphic designer, a role that allowed her to hone her skills and showcase her potential. With members over the moon with Jordan’s artistry, her talent and dedication did not go unnoticed, and she quickly progressed to graphic designer and then senior graphic designer. This rapid advancement is a testament to her hard work, innovative design skills, and the trust she has earned from the Audigy team.

A Day in the Life

Jordan’s typical day primarily involves managing marketing jobs and supporting Audigy’s internal brands, including Audigy, HearingLoss.com, and internal needs such as website and creative campaign templates. As a senior designer, Jordan is in constant communication with account coordinators and marketing managers to handle any quick-turnaround member needs that arise.

She also plays a key role as design project lead for Audigy’s print newsletter program. This involves ensuring that deadlines are met, member wants and needs are addressed, and the program runs smoothly. Jordan has been a lead player in the print newsletter program for two years, enjoying the different iterations over the years and the consistent success members have seen with their newsletters.

Jordan has been with Audigy long enough to become a go-to person for training designers and other creative team members. She knows the ins and outs of processes within marketing shared services and has become a valuable resource for information.

In her first year at Audigy, Jordan made it her mission to educate the marketing team about the technology they were advertising. She became the hearing aid expert for marketing shared services. She works closely with the strategic partner team for manufacturer updates and maintains contacts with each manufacturer to easily acquire device imagery as needed. Jordan even teaches a yearly hearing aid manufacturer training session internally for new hires and anyone wanting a brush-up on industry developments.

Supporting Audigy’s Members

Jordan works behind the scenes to support members’ marketing needs. Her focus is on understanding each member’s practice, their providers, the type of patient they want to work with, and their preferred marketing strategies. When members request the latest technology for their website or print marketing, Jordan’s expertise ensures that the internal team can acquire the best imagery and create effective advertising. She loves hearing about successful events or ad campaigns to which she contributed, and she’s also a fan of digging into the metrics that prove the effectiveness of her work. This information inspires her to keep pushing forward and also gives her useful information as to which strategies pack the most punch for members.

Audigy has always been supportive of Jordan expanding her design skills and experience as much as possible. From starting with basic business collateral to now building entire campaigns and new website templates for members, she has come a long way. Recently, she has been working one-on-one with a copywriter to craft custom ad campaigns for members, further expanding her creative horizons.

Life Outside of Work

Off the clock, Jordan is passionate about concerts, sporting events, and traveling. She attends as many concerts and sporting events as she can, often using these events as opportunities to explore new cities. Last year she traveled to Baltimore for a concert and brought her sister along as a graduation gift. She also visited Los Angeles, attending two concerts and an MLB game.

A true music lover, Jordan’s bucket list includes attending a concert in a foreign country, a goal she hopes to achieve sooner rather than later! Her experience at Audigy has encouraged her to attend these events safely by using hearing protection, allowing her to enjoy her passion while safeguarding her hearing. “Did you know that you can damage your hearing by attending even one concert that’s too loud?” Jordan laughs, as this kind of educational material is what she is often teaching through her work.

Making the World a Better Place

Working at Audigy has expanded Jordan’s knowledge of hearing care and its importance. Not only has she has started getting serious about protecting her own hearing, but she has been able to provide valuable advice to her grandfather about hearing aids. She recommended a private practice that is an Audigy member, and her grandfather had an exceptional experience, contrasting sharply with his previous impersonal treatment at a retail chain. Jordan is very happy she was able to lean on her Audigy family to help give her grandfather this positive experience, and it also stands as a testament to the impact she can have on those around her.

Looking Ahead
